No, there is no Cold Turkey app for iPhone. On an iPhone, you can block apps with a tool built on Apple's Screen Time controls instead. Lock In Squad is a free one, blocking the apps, categories and websites you pick until you hold the Lock Out button to end the session.
Is there Cold Turkey for my phone?
Not for any phone. Cold Turkey's support page lists Android, iOS and ChromeOS as unsupported.
